Famine 05

As, I hope, Most of you know its time 40 hour famine again. As a keen supporter of the famine I am naturally doing it this year, and hoping that some of you guys will follow!

This year they've introduced a website in which you can sign up and have oyur own Online Famine Book, which allow your friends and family, from all over the world to pledge (sponsor you) an amount of money, to give you for doing the famine.

I see you are doing a custom famine - does that mean you're not doing the traditional food famine?

Yeah I am. For personal reasons I can't not eat some foods each day. So i'm likely to be doing the No Technology one - with the exception of work - but since i have to use some sort of technology i'm taking suggestions of what else of famine I can do.
No dodge ones

You can always get back to basics with bananas and cucumbers.

A dildo is technology - definition something which makes work easier for the person, and a dildo is easier to get in the right place than your own finger or two. Because of the angle your fingers need to be, especially if your fingers are short. Don't pretend to be shocked, you all know its true.

I'd really like some serious suggestions of what I can give up?! ANY ideas are good :)

How about 40 hours of silence.... No speaking, no listening to music or the radio and no watching TV unless the sound is off, and ofcourse no telephone.

Â• Technology
Â• Work
Â• Wearing deoderant/perfume
Â• Sunlight
Â• Sleep
Â• Sex

One of the above should be fine.

I say give up sleep. That could be interesting

I'd love to.. but i gots work and school.
Though it'd be so funny to try and watch me work after like 25hours of no sleep. lol!

Nah ive come to the conclusion of:-

No Computer
No Mobile (I just bought a new one as well)
No Telephone
No Television
No Eftpos
and No Makeup (jsut threw that noe in now, cause I usually wear it to make myself not look so tired! So people I serve at work will be scared away.. heh)

Al lof these are quite hard for me personally. I'm going to be pluckin bored for 40hours...
