You gotta love summer!!

I'm sure someone else besides me has noticed the unusually warm weather we have been having lately.  Auckland in particular (I'm not too sure about any other city) almost seems to have become tropical. The weather and temperatures we have been having lately are very similar to the ones places such as Fiji often experience at the end of the rainy-season.  The temperature gauge in the dining room of my house read  31 degrees celcius this afternoon when I arrived home. And this was *after* I'd opened all the windows and doors! My school has no airconditiong and this morning it was actually hotter outside than it was inside.

First Winter and Summer seemed to have become one season, and now we're experiencing tropical storms and unusually high temperatures.

I wonder what the weather holds in store for us next...

As you all know, I am quite possibly summers biggest fan. I can't help but smile when feeling the warm sun on my skin. And this warm weather certainly makes a change at work, where funkymunky always has the aircon set to blow on me, and as cold as it will go.

bitch bitch bitch, that's all I get, all day long.....

I got up at 5:45 yesterday morning to do a promo thing in town (we started at 7:30).

At 6:40, when I was listening to the radio, it was 20°C.

Twenty plucking degrees at 6:40am.

Yeah. Yesterday when I got up (at 5.30) the temperature gauge in the dining room read 22°C!! At plucking 5.30am!!

Well you know what? I'd be worried if it was hotter inside than it was outside. I hate wearing overalls at work...when I have to work outside :(

I hate the days when it's too hot to do anything. At least when its cold you can put on more clothes. Stupid hotness. Go go gadget Dunedin!
Sam
Yeah... looking forward to Dunedin in the middle of July. That'll be fun fun fun 'til her Daddy takes her T-Bird away.

The best way to describe my excitement is with a good ol' communal yeus.

Yeah man!

FYI the whole of the south island is always freakin' sweet except the west side of it and southland. Otago, Malborough etc. and Canterbury are wonderful places.

Gig on Tuesday. Don't forget.
Sam
Stupid tropical weather, sunny on friday day, raining in the evening and raining on and off all today (sat) sux0rz...
